How to Draw a Simple Dog Face

Do you need to draw a simple dog that won't take a lot of time but still looks good? Or do your children want to learn how to draw an easy dog? Here's how.

Things You'll Need:

·       Pencil or pen

1.      Step 1

First draw a circle, with an upside down "Y" extending from the bottom. This will look like a stick person with no arms.This will be the dog's nose. (You can chose rather or not to fill in the nose.)

2.      Step 2

Form tiny dots around the nose. You can make as many or as little as you would like. Add however many looks best to you.

3.      Step 3

* Draw a larger oval around the nose and dots.

4.      Step 4

Draw a semi-circle on top, connecting to each side of the oval.

5.      Step 5

Draw two ovals inside the semi-circle to from eyes. You may also want to add an additional dot inside to make eyeballs.

6.      Step 6

Draw ears for your dog. You can either draw squiggly lines for floppy ears or make triangles at the top of the dogs head for pointy ears.

7.      Step 7

Enjoy your finished dog face! You can also add a body or more details if needed.
